Course Description:
First steps provide parents, carers and professionals with information, strategies and advice for childrenwith a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
First Steps is for parent/carers and accompanying professionals whose child has a diagnosis of autism.
Course Outcomes:
Help you understand your child's autism and find ways to develop interaction and communication; and learn how to analyse and understand your child's behaviours and how to use structure, so you can pre-empt and cope with problem behaviours.
